When Can I Access My Belongings That Are in Storage?
You will have 24 hour access to your storage Unit.
Are My Belongings Safe?
We have security cameras monitoring the site 24 hours a day.
What Rental Terms Do You Offer?
Month to Month rentals, no commitments or long term contracts. We offer a free month when paying 6 months in full upfront.
What Type of Payment Do You Accept?
Cash, Checks or Money Orders. You can make a payment in person, by mail or by phone.
Can I Use My Own Lock?
Yes, in fact that is mandatory. This means that you have access to the goods in your storage unit and we do not.
Are My Goods in Storage Insured?
Your homeowner's insurance may already have a provision for items which are stored off site. The items you choose to store in a self-storage space belong to you, and they remain your responsibility. If you are not covered under your current policy, we can provide you with the names of insurance agents in the area.
Are There Some Things I Cannot Store at Your Facility?
Dangerous Materials -- You are not permitted to store any goods that are illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, hazardous, perishable, or that are a risk to property or person.
Food -- NEVER store food other than canned goods in your space.
Valuables -- Important items such as jewelry, photographs, wills, and other documents. If these items must be stored, a safety deposit box is the best place.
Delicate/Special Items -- Our storage units are not 'climate controlled' (no air conditioning or heat) Glass globes filled with water or other liquids may freeze and burst during the winter. Candles could melt during hot weather. Items such as oil paintings, delicate/antique fabrics, or any item that could be damaged by changes in temperature or humidity should be stored in a climate controlled facility.
Live Items -- It is not permissible to reside in the storage units, or is it permissible to store any types of pets or live creatures.
Am I Allowed to Gave a Garage Sale or Auction at the Property
It is not permissible to do this. It raises our liability and that of our other renters. Therefore, we do not allow these types of sales.
